Biography

Robyn de Szoeke has spent her career working primarily in Professional Services. For the past 20 years, Robyn has managed a portfolio of corporate services across Deloitte Australia, leading large office design and relocation projects and heading a shared services business unit specialising in client and workplace strategy and operations. She also leads the Group Property portfolio for the Australian firm.

Robyn combines creative and empowering leadership with a passion for exceptional customer service built on the foundations of excellence, inclusion, innovation and respect. Robyn has built high-performing teams of subject matter experts across Deloitte and with selected 3rd parties. She believes that combining the talents of creative people and forming strategic relationships with other leading organisations is vital to success.

Robyn is passionate about the empowerment of women particularly in the workplace. She retired as Board Chair with Dress for Success Sydney in 2019 and continues volunteering with the charity. She uses her expertise, networks, energy and influence to make a difference to women who are dealing with adversity in their lives and seeking to overcome the barriers to obtaining employment & building financial independence.

Her contributions to the charity were recognised publicly when Robyn was awarded NSW Corporate Volunteer of the Year in 2017. In 2019 she was awarded an OAM and won the Third Sector Awards ‘Board Director of the Year’.
