Kyle Hutchin advises corporate occupiers on their commercial real estate matters. He has worked with many top Australian and global firms on their CRE matters, with a particular focus on strategic transaction management and portfolio optimisation. With clients ranging from industrial users and medical device companies to technology firms and private schools, Kyle has broad exposure across industrial, office, retail, and social infrastructure sectors.
At Franklin Shanks, Kyle is one of the shareholders and leads the Advisory business which sees him working with the broader team to solve a diverse and complex set of challenges every day for their clients. Within nearly a decade in Australia, he has quickly built an international practice focused on delivering consistent, high quality independent advice to Corporate Occupiers.
